The device still show the red light I'm annoyed always escalating because I'm not getting any help, been waiting for technical support nobody came.. it's now 7 days I cannot run my online business due to no connection at my house , everytime when I do follow up on the reference number:ZF0009RKR, been told the representative will contact me ASAP, even till this day still no communication
