No communication after payment made for order

I ordered a pair of running shoes on the 26th of December, and made payment via my credit card, and payment went through off my bank, but the order still states pending payment required, and no follow-up emails to say that my payment has been received. The order still says payment required. There is only a contact form, and I also emailed the shop owner as per the email address I received once I placed the order, and today still no response.

I am just concerned that this may be a **** website, and I really need to try and get my money back, or the items ordered shipped to me, if anybody can advise.
