Have not yet received my running shoes

I purchased a pair of shoes on the 26th of December, and the payment went off my credit card, but order still shows pending payment required. I also sent email to the store manager as per the only email received on ordering. But there has been no response to date. I am concerned that this may may be a **** website, and I really want to know how to get my money back, or the shoes send to me
