Full refund

I recently booked a room on the 24 of April for these dates 25 April to 26 April 2026 (Sat-Sun) on the booking.com app. I paid R812.53.

On Saturday morning (25 April); I got a call from a lady called Ayanda alerting me that the hotel is currently closed and that they will issue a full refund since they didn't know that the booking.com app was still taking Bookings.

She further asked if I can cancel the booking on my side provided that they will refund my money back. I did that and I only recieved R65 from the Booking.com app.

I have been trying to text and call but she doesn't respond anymore. I want my money back.
