Poor service and support

Internet was decent, and now I'm connected but nothing works . Issues reported and no feedback or assistance. I am currently paying for nothing. Support during working hours did not assist, neither did support after hours. Cannot complete any work or use any entertainment. Calls go unanswered. Two days not resolved.
