These people have no clue whats happening how does a company's not cater for loadshedding and also how are they loadshedding when the rest of SA isnt their technical support are more than useless and all they can do is apologize we pay these useless service providers every month on time but yet atleast 5 to 6 times a month theres an issue and we hardly have wifi something needs to be done cause in actual fact they are *****ing from us we pay for a whole month but only get service half the month if we lucky
