Hitec Sure are TERRIBLE.

Absolutely pathetic.

I signed a contract with Hitec for WiFi. 6mb per second for R605 a month. I have been paying R1080 for about 3 months now. I have phoned and phoned waiting to get through to the "accounts department" and once i reach them I keep being advised it will be escalated to the "manager". In the month of February I paid in advance the R605 , Hitec still went ahead and debited the R1080. When calling HItec i was advised I will be refunded.. Im STILL waiting? I have tax invoices they send me for R605 and they keep debiting R1080. I have reached this point of looking for another Service provider. Help will be appreciated.
