Damaged property with installation of equipment

I recently took services with Hitesure for a wireless connection for uncapped adsl, I was told by Hitecsure technical department that when they install the satellite equipment at the premises that there will be no removal of roof tiles and no damages to our walls, They have damaged the wall and they removed tiles? This is against the installation contract and now we liable for this cost to our body corporate. I have sent mails from the very start regarding the damages of the wall on my property till today i have not received any feedback, when they wanted my business they contacted me all the time. i want this sorted or will have no choice to get my attorney involved.
