Bad Service and WiFi, untrusting services, *****.

This company is pathetic, I’ve stopped using their services last year and made arrangements to pay what I owe and everything was fine then they contact me after a few months saying I owe them a ridiculous and wanted proof of cancellation I emailed them all the information they needed then they went quiet. I tried to contact them and I spoke to one of their reps and they said they would send me an account number to deposit the money in every month ?? How can I do that when the company has been debiting my acc? Then the lady said she will call me she’s going to speak to someone and call me, then quiet again. Just a few days ago they sent me a statement With a different amount and statement showing I been using the WiFi when I stopped last year already ? How can I get billed for something I’m not using ? The woman asked me to email her the proof cancellation she sent her email as an sms and I emailed her and she didn’t respond to my email then I sent her an sms back from the number she texted me from and tried to call it and the number was none existing???? This is the worse thing that could ever happen to a person because now They can put me under credit and mess up my credit score. This company needs to close down . Whenever I call I have to re explain everything it’s like they hire new people because I’m constantly being told different things every time I call and the call I got this week was a different amount I owe and since I provided every information needed she’s stop contacting me. On Monday I’ll call again and definitely I’ll hear a different story but this time I’m recording the call for safety because after this I want to end this once and for all and take it further if this does not stop. For your own safety do not use this service it will be the worst decision you will ever make in your life.
