Herotel Hitech unacceptable poor servivr

This is the most unpleasant and unhelpful internet providers I've ever seen... Internet is off as from Tuesday morning, early morning, I would say from 3 5 yesterday morning. We logged a call.. Call centre said they will. Phone us back. We called again. No reply. I phoned again this morning they will send technician out. I arranged with technician to be here at 16:30 before loadshedding atv17:00.. He promised he will be here long before power outage... Still waiting nobody called...
