Hi, is there anyone who can help me? I bought a gas stove from Hirsch's. It was not what Id specified and after 8 days they collected it on Saturday 15/08. I have had no refund, I feel the matter could have been solved and left me a happy client, eg maybe negotiate to upgrade to the next model I believe has all my requirements. Nil. Nada. Numerous mails, watsapps, from CT to Durban no response, no refund, I am almost 73, have Rheumatoid Arthritis and for 3rd week have had no real stove to cook and bake for coffee shop I work at, what about meals at home? Please, I want to talk to senior manager or I shall have to carry on until I find someone who will help. I have all the facts and records on watsapp/mail. Mrs Crouse ***
