WHATS'S THE POINT HIPPO?

I spent 20 minutes on the website filling in the details. At the end I got various quotes from different companies and I selected Std Bank Insurance that I want to hear from because they were the cheapest. Per the website someone from Std Bank Insurance will now call me. All good so far.

10 minutes later I get a call from someone at HIPPO wanting confirming all of the info I have just INPUTTED on THEIR website, another 20 minutes. At the end he quotes me all over again. This time Std Bank Insurance does not even feature. A&G turn out to be the cheapest. He now asks me to hang on while I get transferred to a specialist for A&G. I hung up, not going to spend another 20 minutes.

I don't get these guys, absolute waste of my time. I suppose I will now get hounded from insurance companies for the rest of my life.
