WEBSITE EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE
The hippo.co.za website leaves a lot to be desired. They advertise extensively on TV etc. so i9 expected to get a first class world class website experience. Instead they wasted my time as i struggled to get a combined quote for 5 vehicles- after finishing one quote i was called immediately but explained that i still anted to add another 4 vehicles but i could not - the website does not save the driver details added `BUT it had my personal information from about 3 years ago when i also requested a quote - this is in violation of POPIA
