Veryyyyy Bad service

Nkosinathi Maphumulo from Hippo Medical Insurance automatically got me approved for a medical aid insurance with out my go ahead. I simply asked for a quote and to know what there waiting period was. I explained that I cant join immediately due to financial reasons how ever I'm planning to join in Oct or Dec 2019. The next day boooom I get an email from a Medical Aid confirmation and start date is 1Aug2019. This really is an inconvience. He not trying to call me back to explain why he did wat he did. I'll never visit HIPPO every again. The consultant is pathetic.
