Unwanted phone calls
I get calls from your offices ***. The phone is put down as I answer it. The agent does not identify themselves and constantly contacts me and puts the phone down. As this happens almost daily it is proving to be an absolute nuisance!

Hippo.co.za falls under a holding company called Telesure Investment Holdings. Telesure has a number of different brands under the same roof and all of these brands are making use of one share call number. If a customer requests a call from Hippo, our consultants have a limited number of times to try to get hold of a customer. The Hippo system was especially designed not to overload our customers and or potential customers with telephone calls. We trust that the above explanation gives more clarity on the matter and we have also informed our Marketing team to remove your information from the database.
