Unsolicited quotes and marketing material after unsubscribing.

I have previously unsubscribed from the service and received confirmation thereof. I continued receiving emails. I then submitted a complaint and it appeared to be resolved. Yet today, 2 months, I once again received unsolicited quotes for warranties. This is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to repeatedly ask a company to stop contacting me.
