Unprofessional incessant spam calling

I made the mistake of going on the Hippo site two weeks ago to compare quotes against what a broker gave me, incidentally the broker's quote was the best value for money, probably because they don't have to pay Hippo a commission.

Since yesterday, out of nowhere I start receiving multiple calls from an 087 number which I don't normally answer as they are typically spam, but our IT provider's support number is starts with 087, so I answered. A guy called Mpho says he is from Hippo, so I stop him and say that I have already taken out cover, so he just cuts me off. After that the calls continued up until 18:30. Since 8:30 this morning, till now, 11:00 i have received over 10 calls from this same number?!

I don't blame Mpho, but I do blame his manager and management in general. In what universe does harassing people lead to more sales? Also, when I said I already have cover, does calling me another 20 times make me think, "Oh wait, let me cancel the cover I just took out, and go with this company that keeps harassing me."

To Hippo, if you even bother to read this, please catch a wake up, I for one will never in my life again deal with Hippo and will actively encourage others to boycott them as well.
