Threatening voice messages

I have been receiving calls nonstop even after saying I am not interested. I have blocked numbers. But somehow they seem to always have another number to use. Today was and is the last day that I will take this as I am now going to lay a case against the company with the police as I was left with a voice message THREATENING me and my family and screaming because I did not answer (I have saved the voice message as evidence). Who the hell do you think you are, threatening us. This is unacceptable.
