The most pleasant call center

<p>I asked for a detailed quote on their website, so they called me back and I was assisted by Ash, who was great.</p> <p>I have social anxiety and dread phone calls, particularly with call centers since, I usually have a problem understanding them and being understood, so it was really nice to have a loud, clear, and unambigious call. All my details were efficiently captured, and I was forwarded along to the insurance company I selected. Nothing special happened, but it was just so unexpectedly efficient that I took notice.</p>
