Stop Spamming Me!!!

I initially called hippo and asked them to stop contacting me, it's really REALLY anoying! A woman kindly said that wouldn't be a problem, and for a while it was quiet, thank you. But now they've started to SMS me, it's so ****** frustrating getting spam via SMS. I've already asked you to stop contacting me, now you wan't me to "Opt Out" of SMS. So somewhere sombody decided, sure let's just take whomever's contact details in our database and just spam them with ads. "Oh! Jaco doesn't want to be called, let's just SMS him instead }:D " ...Poor Show!!

Hallo Jaco,

I have tried to contact you on a few occasions, without success.

I can only imagine your frustration regarding spam, and would like to resolve the matter, however, we cannot trace that we have contacted you. Could it at all be possible that you are referring to advertising sms's, meaning, we use the space left on an sms for advertising, or are you referring to direct sms's to your cell phone.

You are welcome to contact me back, in order for us to clarify/resolce the matter.

Best regards,
Dorothy Smit

It's been a while, again I'm receiving messages from Hippo, "Hippo.co.za could save you hundreds of Rands p/m on Car Insurance. Get multiple qoutes in minutes! Reply YES to quote/STOP to optout. *Indeo Study. FS***357". Received this message from + ********** ********** 78. This is not advertising space on an sms ....I've opted out once before, no change. Fix this please, you have my number. Just search your database and delete my contact details. SIMPLE!
