Rude, obnoxious and not efficient.

I would give this company less than 1 star if I could. They are essentially a data gathering service and do not make it easier for you to get an insurance quote. Rather call the insurance companies themselves and compare quotes.

The worst thing about HIPPO is their representative, who are absolutely obnoxious in trying to get information from you. I've never spoken to anyone as insistent as the hippo rep I spoke with.

Also, ever wondered what happens to all that information you submit once you have a quote or if you do not use their service? Think about it.
