RUDE - because I refused to take offer

I completed the online details for a quote with [URL Removed] for 3 vehicles and property. I wanted to include details for a second property but the online feature does not allow it. Also the results were only for 1 vehicle and ignored my other 2, this was HIGHLY misleading and clearly a gimmick. I did not take up any offer closed the website. Shortly afterward I get a call from Albert, firstly he can't speak properly and said he was calling from Hypo. Then he wanted to know why I didn't take up any of the insurances. I told him that the results did not include my other 2 vehicles and there was no feature to include a second property. He said that he can assist. Now why would I go online and waste an hour of my valuable time to complete an online quote which gives skewed results, only to be disturbed by a person calling me at work? This is exactly what the website is supposed to avoid - speaking to someone. I told him to remove ALL my detail from Hippo as the website and their system is stupid. He just threw the phone down. ****** RUDE ...
