Pathetic Service

I was called back yesterday to get quotes on insuring a vehicle for my business. After soending more than 10 minutes on the phone, I was told I will be contacted by someone in business. I asked the person to give all my details, including the vehicle details, to the person in business. A couple hours later, I was called back - the person from business only had my name and number, and requested that I go through the entire list again. I asked her to get all the information and call me back. A few hours later, I was called back by a completely different person, who didnt have any info either. Pathetic service so far ... I figured I had to just give him all the details again. Being a bit busy at the time, I requested a call back the next morning at 9.30am. It is now 16.13 and I am still waiting. I did request a call back via the website again and nothing!!!!
