PATHETIC!!!!!

I thought going onto hippo.co.za would have been a better way to look at medical aids but damn i was very wrong. 8 days ago i emailed THULANE M SIBANYONI - Medical Aid Sales Consultant, took him two days to get back to me, i emailed again 2 days ago trying to find out *** is happening to my husbands medical aid and STILL NOTHING.... absolutely shocking!!!

I will never use hippo again what a waste of time
