Not a happy potential customer

I contacted Hippo for buisness insurance. After going through everything with them, they then passe me on to Auto & General. Went through everything with them and got to the end where I was then told that they would get back to me within the hour with my new policy. I am still waiting. Tried to contact them, no response. HAve tried to contact hippo, no response, used their complain section, nothing, re asked for a quote via their website, nothing. This is absolutely shocking and disgusting.
