Never have I ever

I went onto the website today - to look at comparative quotes. halfway through, having given some of my information the web page simply up and dies.

Next thing, I get a call back from Hippo, and all my information now needs to be taken down again. 40 minutes later, with a sales person talking faster than I can keep up - I get asked, which of the three I like.

I ask if the information can be emailed to me, so that I can look at it - and again I am asked, out of the three then, would I prefer. I mention one of them, and the next thing, I am put through to First for Woman TO TAKE OUT INSURANCE.

this was not what I wanted. Nor what I asked for. the First for Woman apologises, and promises to send me the information - I am still waiting.

what ever happened to "give me the quotes - I have given up 40 minutes of my time" - but no. what an absolute waste of my time and effort today.
