Most irritating phone calls
<p>This ********** 700 keeps calling me constantly and when i pick up the agent keeps quiet, frankly im getting super annoyed and i wish you can remove my number from your database.!! I dont appreciate it and its harassment on some other level just to fill your call centre agents dial out quota. PLEASE STOP CONTACTING ME AND YOUR AGENTS.</p>

Kindly be advised that Hippo.co.za falls under a holding company called Telesure Investment Holdings. Telesure has a number of different brands under the same roof and all of these brands are making use of one share call number. If a customer requests a call from Hippo, our consultants have a limited number of times to try to get hold of a customer. The Hippo system was especially designed not to overload our customers and or potential customers with telephone calls. We trust that the above explanation gives more clarity on the matter and we have also informed our Marketing team to remove your information from the database.
