Leaked information and contravention of the Privacy Act - POPI

I went onto the site and wanted to do a compare. Nowhere did i state i wanted to be contacted in anyway. After an hour or so insurance companies started phoning me.. even with the exact details of the vehicle i was enquiring on. Outsurance, is one of them and they havn't stopped since - about 4 calls already - i have already bought the vehicle and already got my insurance sorted out. this is just ******* according to the Privacy act
