I have had to go as far as blocking them and budget insurance on my phone as I literally receive almost 10 phone calls per day from them.

Hi Liza

We will check on this again, but we can confirm that we did opt you out. It happens that numbers are incorrectly flagged as "Hippo" on true caller. it could be that it is not us calling you, but other brands. we will however double check and make sure you are opted out from our database.
