Information given to 3rd parties without consent

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not see any place on the quote request form indicating that I would be contacted by 3rd parties if i entered my details in the form (or I would have provided a **** number, or not used the site at all).</p> <p> </p> <p>Hippo looks like a great site with a great idea, but you obviously make more money selling information then you do on actual commission from selling insurance. I would use the site if my information was not given out, but now I will do everything I can to deter friends and family from the site as the nature in which you conduct business is ******** and shady.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please remove me from any databases and indicate my cellphone number is put on all available "no call" lists. I will seek legal advice on this and will pursue legal action if the calling does not stop. This is in direct contravention of the POPI act and is surely ********* business practice.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why not just have the site function as promised, or put "Do you want to be called 13 times in 30 minutes?" on your billboards.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please understand my frustration.</p> <p> </p> <p>Luke</p>
