In order to understand my predicament, I must give a short background. Following a series of strokes, I have been medically boarded. I used to have a Discovery Medical Aid Membership, due to financial reasons, I had to cancel it. After I tested the market, for other options a Hippo advisor gave me a quote, for Medihelp. Somehow I was enlisted on both funds. I have reached out to the Ombudsman for guidance, and I am still waiting for a response.
