HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM HIPPO ADVISORY CONSULTANT, BRANDON

I am very upset with a Hippo advisory consultant named Brandon who dealt with my mother to assist her in getting med cover from med shield. I am assisting my mom with her payment and she was moving from discovery because it was expensive for me. She was then assisted by this Brandon and he quoted an amount of R2853. My mom told him it was too expensive and he then he offered her another cover @ around R1400 but said she had a penalty fee and he was still to confirm how much it is and get back to her. That was on the 10th of Nov!! He never did until 3days ago when I asked another consultant (Nondumiso Sokuthu) who was very great in assisting me with my cover to ask him to call us back, after several attempts that is. Brandon called and he had a million EXCUSES for his silence but promised to call back the next day with all confirmation of fixing this issue. HE HAS NOT YET CALLED! My worry is that we can not afford this med aid,my mom is a pensioner and she needs a cover, mind you she has already cancelled her cover with discovery. Should med shield not get their money my mom goes WITHOUT a cover! I honestly don't know what to do anymore because there is no way of getting hold of this *********** consultant. All he cares about is his commission and not the clients. I urgently need someone to contact me regarding this matter please
