Hippo's agents, drown you in their inability, to do their jobs...
I have had 2 different agents already, wanting to "assist" me in changing my Medical Aid, through Hippo, but the one agent, is worse than the other and because of THAT, my daughter and i have now been without a Medical Aid, for 20 days!!!
