I filled out a form on the website about an medical aid for my mom that is 82 to get quotes. An agent phoned me and I explained to him that my mom can't hear I am doing this for her. After looking at the quotes we decided to leave my mom on the medical aid she is on at this stage. I then send an email to agent and told him my mom decide to stay on her medical aid. Today I received an email stating there is a Debit order for Medshield that would be going of from her banking account after I emailed the agent and told him she will stay on her medical aid
