HIPPO - UNPROFESSIONAL

I am not happy with Hippo at all.

I requested some prices to compare car insurance. I did not ask for anyone to call me back, as I am just shopping around, comparing prices.

However, whomever that tried to call me on my cell phone could not get hold of me so they decided to call my home number, which I never gave any permission for. But further to that, after my brother, who is studying for his final matric exams, told them that I am not at home, they still continued asking him questions.

How in the world can a sales consultant ask my brother any questions about me and my car and the insurance I am interested in? How is this in any way professional?

I am not pleased at all, in fact I am very ****ed off with this. This is unacceptable for any sales consultant to ask my brother any questions about me. If they need any information about me, they can call or email me and ask me myself.

I will not use Hippo again as the service and consultants are unprofessional.
