Hippo Spam Factory

I recently ran a comparative quote for car insurance to check if my current insurer was still competitive. Since then I have been bombarded with spam calls from insurance companies of every description as well as from Hippo themselves. To be clear, if I did not select one of your options it is not because I am confused or illiterate nor did I give permission for my personal details to be flung out onto the internet. I am sure that some corporate noodle is going to say it’s (hidden) in their terms and conditions but I’m pretty sure this is a violation of the POPI Act. Next time maybe I should check the reviews as this behaviour seems to be the norm for this organisation
