Hippo - POPI act to investigate them

Where does HIPPO get my no from?? How much do they pay to get the public's numbers?? If never dealt with them.. never called them or done business with them, yet they have my number to call and make quotations?? Lets report them.. what happened to the POPI act?? R10m fine if they are found guilty!!
