HIPPO does things, without your AUTHORIZATION ...!!!

ALL my incoming and outgoing phone calls are automatically recorded on my cellphone. I also have all proof of emails sent and received and what was said by whom and when.

The people CC'd in on this email, are all the people from HIPPO, that hounded me for 14 days, to give my banking details, for them to provide it to Bonitas, to create a membership for us (my daughter and i).

Two months ago (February 2023), i asked a Hippo agent on the call centre, to tell me more about a Medical Aid that would be best for my daughter and myself, because i was looking at switching my Medical Aid, seeing as i reported them (FedHealth) for their conduct.

Several agents from HIPPO called me, about Discovery and Bonitas Medical Aid.

Agents even tried to force me to give them, my banking details. I said NO! I said i didn't say I'm switching to any other Medical Aid. I have to wait for the outcome from the Ombudsman, amongst others about my Medical Aid I've reported, before i can say "YES, i will switch over to any other Medical Aid", fill out any forms or send through my banking details.

The agents even said that the Medical Aid with Bonitas, will kick in on the 1st April 2023. I said NO! I didnt authorise this in any way, shape or form!

I've never accepted the offer they showed me from Bonitas. I haven't even read it!

I've never given anyone my banking details in 2023, nor have i signed anything, with anyone, for anything!

Yet, yesterday (1st April 2023) an amount of R4,246.75 was taken off my bank account, by an account held at Nedcor Corporate Payments, Sandton. (see attached screenshots taken from the chat I've had with FNB this morning, asking about this unknown debit order - BONITAS).

Seeing as its the beginning of the month and all my debit orders need to go off, i now DON'T have enough money in my bank account, to pay all my Debit Orders, seeing as BONITAS (with the help of HIPPO & FNB) *****ulently took money from my FNB bank account, as per an agent at HIPPO's instructions!

That also means that FNB gave BONITAS my banking details *****ULENTLY, because I NEVER GAVE IT TO BONITAS, HIPPO or anyone else for that matter!!!

I am supposed to tomorrow (3rd of Apr 2023) go and buy my monthly groceries, because the shops are not open here in Mosselbay on Sundays, but i can't do it because Bonitas STOLE my money, through the help of their accomplices, HIPPO & FNB!

WHAT must my daughter and i now eat for this month?! My daughter and i both DON'T work and DON'T have a regular income or is just able to go and lend money from the bank to cover expenses.

Not only that! Whatever Debit Orders didn't go off this month for services owed, will now go off DOUBLE next month, or services would be cancelled by said service provider!

HIPPO *****ed us!!!

Not only will i report you for *****ING my money, i will also make South Africans know what type of business you really are!

HIPPO... Don't phone me! If you have anything to say, before i take legal action (ever heard of Pro Bono?!), do so via email ONLY!

Oh and HIPPO...im female and NOT a "sir" as per one of your attached emails!!!

Bonitas uses HIPPO to find (doup) people to join their Medical Aid!

They (Hippo) HOUND you every day (phone calls & emails)! Once you show NO INTEREST AT ALL, they contact your bank and *****ULENTLY submit a Debit Order onto your account, without presenting ANY documentation to your bank!

If you are with FNB as i am, they have people inside that help them bypass the system, to fraufulently create a Debit Order onto your account and leave you with numerous costs for doing *****ulent activities on your bank account!

I've submitted a claim to FNB that the Debit Order is FRUAD. Now FNB has charged me for it, R45!

ALL my data is GONE on my phone, due to the hours and hours I've spent phoning Bonitas & HIPPO, dealing with *********** staff, trying to speak to a senior person, to get my money back!

Not only did HIPPO cause me to have Bonitas FAUDULENTLY ***** R4,246.75 from my FNB bank account, they made me lose ALL my data for the month and i got charged R45 for reporting their *****ulent activity on my FNB bank account!

Clearly HIPPO is a business hardup for money and will go to any leanghts to obtain it!

STAY AWAY from HIPPO !!! BLOCK them from calling you or sending you emails !!!
