Hippo - do NOT give them your mobile number

Do NOT provide your cell phone number to hippo. They will give it out to all the companies that come up in your search. I received 90 calls in two days after I looked for comparative quotes on car insurance, very often receiving seven, eight calls back to back. At NO point did I authorise hippo to provide my contact number to any of these companies. Two weeks later I am STILL receiving unwanted calls.

There is no option to advise them NOT to give your information out to anyone they deem fit. I did not ask for any of these companies to contact me, I only wanted comparative quotes.
