Hippo Charges
I ran a car insurance quote on hippo’s website and after a few days I got a call from a gentleman who I stated to him a few times that I have not purchased the vehicle and just wanted to check how much insurance would be he was very helpful but a few days ago I received an email stating I owe Hippo R300 which I’m not happy to pay due to not being told that there is a charge of such an amount of you run a quote as I didn’t purchase any quote, not even the website does it say that there is a charge of R300 for a quote. I’m so DISGUSTED by such allegation and thinking about that my credit score will be affected by such a ************* company.
