Hippo cannot Quote me, is it my fault or are systems down?

It is unfortunate that Hippo claims to offer 8 to 10 quotes minutes for medical aid and cars and this the second time in a short period where the systems were likely down and it comes back with a misleading and possibly inflammatory response "We searched all our partners, but couldn't find a suitable offer for you right now" for both medical aid and car. They still managed to do a credit check (i received a notification from the bureau) so is the system down or am I an unacceptable risk to you partners. Though I recently received direct quotes from momentum and old mutual, must i be concerned ?
