Hippo and Med Expense Gap cover TERRIBLE service!!

Hippo sold gap cover to me, telling me that any member of my family will be covered, but failed to inform me that if a member was added to the medical aid, it must be disclosed to the gap cover as well. Now the gap cover will not pay out my claim since my Wife was added after I joined the medical aid and gap cover.

the medical aid and gap cover was sold to me as one package from Bonitas, however the gap cover is run by a independent broker and when you add a member to the medical aid they do not add them to the gap cover as well.

This is unacceptable.
