Hippo Advisory Services

The Hippo Advisory Service was able to get me replacement Medical aid cover at a very good rate.

However, the agent was not disciplined and failed to return calls on time. They also made a fundamental error in cancelling my previous Medical Aid one month before the agreed date, resulting in cancellation of a Specialist appointment which was covered by the previous Medical Aid.

A new appointment will now cost me R3,000 cash as my Current Medical Aid has a 3 month waiting period.

The agent failed to address this issue in spite of several requests. I consider this unprofessional.
