Harrassment by Hippo call center.
They have been phoning me 13 times a day I did not give you my number and I did not allow you to contact me for marketing or for whatever reason you are phoning me. Above it all you keep leaving me voicemails after every call so not only am I being spammed by 13 calls a day you are sending me 13 messages a day. This is harrsment I have already blocked you but the spam continues. I'll be reporting you with proof to the DMASA and NCC remove my number from your system.
