Good customer service

On the 28 May I needed a quote for medical aid cover for my son. I sent Hippo a request to contact me and Berqet Ficg called me back. Thank you Berqet for calling me back and thank you for your professionalism when dealing with me. Berqet answered all my questions and advised me accordingly in terms if which medical aid to take. She was patient, listened to me and answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything she told me about the product I was about to buy.
