Frustrated with Hippo!

Ive been calling and emailing hippo but they never get back to me. Im dealing with a serious and urgent matter and whenever i call they tell me they’ll call me back but that never happens!!!! Im so frustrated with them I dont know what to do anymore! I email them and no one replies to my emails! Im out of solutions ? #win
