False information about medical aid given

I have received the WORST service ever, firstly when Hippo called about medical aid, I was so happy, the guy told me all these benefits I would get and I clearly stated my needs. Too my surprise, when my son got sick I found out the cover I was told I would get was all WRONG! When I confronted Hippo a man named *** contacted me asking what is going wrong, when I clearly mentioned why I was cancelling with the medical aid they put me on, he told me they would fix it. (I haven't even been on the medical aid for 1 month yet) I didn't get any feed back to then I found myself and family a new medical aid which offers what I need and DID NOT LIE ABOUT IT !

I have continuously been sending emails to him and the medical aid stating my reason for canceling is due to Hippos FALSE information given, to they should be liable and I have not received ANY FEEDBAC****
