Excellent Service

I was looking for a medical aid and I got a call from Thabo Motsoeneng (Hippo Sales Advisor) who gave me options of medical aids and explained all the options and covers throughly and what could cater for me and my daughter.

I want to thank him for his kindness, patience, consideration and willingness to help me. Although I was a bit unsure and confused of what I wanted, he was friendly enough to go through everything again and to ensure I understand everything.

He made sure I get what I was looking for and assisted me in every step of the way. He made it easier for me and it didn't take forever as I speak I now have a medical aid, thanks to him.

He is God sent, he has been of great help. May the good Lord bless him in all aspects of his life.
