Duplicate debit for the same service. Again! 2nd time in a row

I got debited twice again!!! For the same service! How can I broker create two accounts for the same person for medical aid under the same service provider!!! It happened last month! This is ridiculous. I have to fight every time because they cannot do a simple job and can't detect problems. Use them to search for deals. But their people can't do their job.
