DON'T USE HIPPO!!!!

DO NOT USE HIPPO!!!!

We unfortunately went through Hippo insurance to get a quote for a medical aid Medihelp which they then "helped us" to join! What we did not bank on was that the Medihelp would terminate our medical aid because we "with held" information, which when reading what they had submitted and listening to the Audio of our recorded conversations and seeing that Hippo had misrepresented us and had caused us to loss our medical aid! When we tried to follow up with them all our emails are going unanswered!!! Medihelp who contracts Hippo is also refusing to reinstate us after we have proven that we have given all information and said that even if we have proof they will not be reinstating us!!!!!! They are always quick to deduct payments but when it comes to really dealing with people and helping people then there is no one!!! Really bad service from both!!!
